As a Business, I want to be able to invite a coworker to add notes to specific expenses.

Currently, I can invite a coworker to add notes to any uncategorized expenses. This works great for inviting a controller or finance manager.

However, there are coworkers who only need visibility to certain expenses.

I want to be able to select one or more expenses on the Dashboard and invite a coworker to add notes.

I also want to be able to set up a rule for a coworker to only see uncategorized expenses from a given source (for example, their credit card) and not all uncategorized expenses.
