Add more options in how to notify clients

Currently clients get notified by email, and as an option also by text. The choices should be 1 Only by email, 2 Only by text, 3 Both email & text. Most clients are going to want notifications either by email or by text, but not both. Just because a client wants notifications by text, should not require them to also receive notifications by email. That is the reason a client would want a text option to keep notifications out of their email inbox.
