Sync files attached in QBO to Uncat
It would streamline the workflow, when creating an uncategorized transaction in qbo, to be able attach the supporting documentation in QBO, and then have that document accesible to the client in Uncat. This would save a step where now you create transaction, save and sync to Uncat. And then attach the doucmentation in Uncat.

Support for Refund Receipts and Credit Memos (Negative Transactions)
I want to be able to categorize refund receipts and credit memos as credits on the Uncat dashboard. Currently, these transactions show up as expenses and there is no option to categorize them as a credit, which makes it difficult to manage negative transactions within Uncat.

Customize synced description format
For example, QBO now syncs descriptions from Uncat as "old description // uncat // client's notes" but I want it to be just "client's notes" for clean memos on the books.

Standard Client Settings Templates
I would like the ability to have standard client settings that are automatically applied to a new client. Alternatively, I'd like to be able to apply a settings template to a new or existing client, or duplicate the settings from an existing client to another. This would save time and ensure consistency across clients.

I would like the ability to create and save templates for the "Requests" I send to clients. This would save time and ensure consistency when requesting standard documents. Instead of creating a new request from scratch each time, I could select a pre-made template and send it quickly.

Ability to 'send back to client for more info' on a transaction
I want to be able to select a transaction, check it, and then choose a 'send back to client' option from a dropdown. This should make the transaction reappear on the client's dashboard for them to provide more information, even if they have previously interacted with it. The current method of adding a message to an updated transaction does not achieve this specific 'send back' functionality.

As a Business, I want to be able to invite a coworker to add notes to specific expenses.
Currently, I can invite a coworker to add notes to any uncategorized expenses. This works great for inviting a controller or finance manager. However, there are coworkers who only need visibility to certain expenses. I want to be able to select one or more expenses on the Dashboard and invite a coworker to add notes. I also want to be able to set up a rule for a coworker to only see uncategorized expenses from a given source (for example, their credit card) and not all uncategorized expenses.
