Option to remove "//Uncat//" prefix from QuickBooks memos

Users need a setting to automatically remove the "//Uncat//" prefix from transaction memos when syncing to QuickBooks, as clients have mentioned it.

    Hi Heather! That tag is in there to separate the description the client adds in Uncat from any pre-existing content in the description (e.g. bank feed information).
