Add reference Number (check/bill/etc) to dashboard and make it editable

Sometimes it's necessary for the client to know the check/bill number the question is about. We also code items in our software with a reference of "NR" to indicate we have no receipt, if the client provides a receipt, I would like the ability to change that in Uncat so I don't have to make changes in two places.
