Add zoom in/out functionality on Edit Receipt Details screen

When my client clicks on the Edit Receipt Details button, some receipt images are way too zoomed in and can be difficult to navigate with the scroll bars to see the important details of the receipt. If on a computer and you use the browser's zoom out function, it helps, but that also makes the text fields (where the client enters details) too small.

Please add the ability to zoom out on just the image so that the entire (or most of the) receipt can be viewed at once. Thank you.
