Block client from choosing a Parent Account instead of the appropriate Sub-account.

I'm not seeing how to do this. When I put the Parent Account on the Exclude Accounts from Category List, it appears to also exclude the Sub-Accounts. I'd prefer the client be forced to select the appropriate sub-account.
