Chat with Uncat

I would like the ability to chat with an Uncat representative just like I can on the Uncat main web page ( for people have not yet purchased the product). Sometimes I have a question while working in the platform and it is inefficient for me to have to go the the main web page just to ask a question. It would be much more helpful to users if the chat feature were available from within the platform as well.
