Customized list to categorize to for each user on account (Divvy/ Bill Spend & Expense feature)

If a client has multiple users and would like specific users to only categorize to particular accounts, then you could customize the list those users see. For example, Marketing people can only categorize to specific marketing accounts. You can do this at the top for the entire client but not for each specific user. Is that possible?
