Include GL account #s on the Include/Exclude accounts lists

It would be helpful to see the actual GL account number associated with the account name when selecting which accounts to include and which to exclude from the client's view. The account number will indicate what kind of GL account it is (asset, liability, equity, expense or income).

It may also be helpful to have the option to exclude all of a certain type of GL account such as excluding all Equity accounts.
