Maintain Transaction in UNCAT when QBO Month End is Closed

It appears that locking QBO at Month End (with a specific date) automatically removes all transactions from UNCAT prior to that date; it would be best if transactions could remain in UNCAT so that users could continue their work; perhaps add a flag for the accounting admin that the ME Close Date needs to be removed for the sync to work
