Pull all "Names" for transactions, not just Vendor

Uncategorized transactions could be for a Vendor, Customer, Employee or Other Name in Quickbooks. Although the transaction pulls for all, the name only shows if it's vendor (QBD). Allow all names to populate regardless of it's type.
