Tighten interface to allow for more information on low-res displays

I've had some clients tell me they are "stuck" in Uncat and unable to move forward, not realizing that their display was a lower resolution and not displaying all the horizontal data. I was able to point out that they can scroll to the right to find categories and classes, but it has confused a few and isn't ideal to have to scroll horizontally on each transaction.
