To avoid confusion, rename the “Respond” button on the Requests tab to “Submit for Review”.

On the client view of the Requests tab, I think some clients will click the "Respond" button when they should be using the chat/messaging bubble. When the Respond button it is clicked, the client is essentially saying "I'm done" and submitting for review. to avoid confusion, please rename this button to "Submit for Review" or something similar.
