Transactions Disappear After Month Closes

I would like to be able to lock the previous month in my accounting software so the client can't make random changes to income. However, if I lock the month, then those month's uncategorized expenses disappear from Uncat. I would like those expenses to stay in uncat and allow the client to categorize them, and then I sync to the accounting software during a brief unlocked period.

Which component of Uncat does this request relate to?

    Hi! Thanks for reaching out on this. Yes, if the books are closed, the transactions are not updatable via Uncat so we don’t show them. A possible workflow would be to set a fast deadline for the client so that the books are open for a short period before updating via Uncat and then closing.
