Customize the client dashboard in Uncat

Written By Brandon Bruce

By default, your client will be required to add a description to each transaction in the Uncat dashboard and optionally to upload a receipt. In client settings, you can customize the client dashboard to control which field from QuickBooks should be visible to your client, which fields the client should be able to update, in which fields you want to require the client to update. For example, you could require a client to update the class field or the vendor field. All client update updates we'll sync into QuickBooks when the client clicks the save button. You can allow or require the client to categorize transactions, in which case the client selections will sync to QuickBooks, but you will be able to make any changes or correct any errors in your Uncat dashboard. You can also choose to require receipts for every transaction or only for transactions over a certain threshold amount. The Uncat dashboard is customizable for each client.
