How do I transfer ownership of my Uncat account?

As an accountant, you can transfer ownership of your Uncat account by submitting a ticket to our team and we can assign the new account owner. By contrast, if you’re a client and you’ve moved from one accountant that uses Uncat to a new accountant that also uses Uncat, everything will work just great if the first accountant removes your client from their dashboard. If you need us to remove you from your previous accountant, please submit a ticket and we can take care of it for you.
